The humans of Academy Castle have almost everything needed, including a market. Everyone comes to the Hillside Market to shop. How do they get everything? Well, every month or so, a few of the humans go out of the region to stock up on everything from food, to clothes, to battery=operated objects for those who want to stay modern. In this market you never know what you will find!

All parentless young are brought up or adopted off here. The walls are that of a clay-looking material [though is a bit stronger]. The floor is like cold stone. There are two rooms; one for the mistress, the other for the orphans. Ages range from month-olds to the ages of sixteen. Upon reaching 16, the youth are to leave the orphanage and fend for themselves. Stables are provided for the equine, and newborn equine are given the milk and nutritions needed to grow. The roof of this place is where the shack part of it's name comes from, for it is but thatch.

Gothique Cathedral has its own courtyard covered in grass and decorated with a fountain and planted flowers in the summer. The cathedral itself is in the Gothic style, with high ceilings and soaring arches. Ornately carved wooden pews lead up to a carved altar of stone with a large wooden crucifix in the background. However, unlike most Gothic cathedrals, it is well-lit with aesthetically placed skylights and stained-glass windows.

As I have clearly said before, the humans take care of mosst of the lands inhabitants for everyday-needs. If you would rather not sleep in the castle for whatever reason might be yours; Come to the Mourge Valley Motel. This is also where all creatures except non-shifting equine come to breed or just ''have some fun.''
